Do I need to be present for the appraisal?
Only if you’re the property owner or tenant. Otherwise, arrangements can be made to access the property with your permission. We’ll communicate clearly with you before scheduling the inspection.
What is a “Drive-By” appraisal?
A Drive-By Appraisal is a limited-scope valuation based on exterior inspection only, typically used for refinancing, low-risk loans, or verification purposes.
